review of your current IT system. Our free IT healthcheck will provide a peace-of-mind,
confidential assessment of your IT infrastructure, however small your business or
workforce.
As your local Microsoft® Small Business Specialist and a Microsoft® Certified Partner,
we can give you expert, no-obligation advice on how improvements can be made to
your IT infrastructure, which will bring you greater security, improved company
efficiency and as a result, increased turnover.
The full free IT healthcheck will look at:
Network infrastructure – a thorough network check including a review
of file storage and access control, plus a server defrag and fault diagnosis. We
will recommend relevant improvements.
Hardware - a detailed evaluation of current hardware, recommending
relevant ways to extend the life of existing hardware or producing a specification
of new hardware to meet your needs.
Software – a comprehensive review of existing software, identifying
upgrades/updates, and recommending where appropriate, new software to improve your
efficiency, collaboration and performance.
Security - a thorough examination of current backup procedures,
anti spyware/malware programs, virus and firewall protection.
The check may show that your current system is operating efficiently without difficulty,
or it may throw up problems you were unaware existed. Viruses, crashed systems,
misconfiguration and the accidental deletion of important files can have a catastrophic
effect on a small company, and we recognise many have neither the time nor the specialist
knowledge to spend on IT issues.
