24/7 Callout Support
ITS offers 24-7 call-out support services, designed to minimise network, server
and PC downtime for our customers. For emergency requirements, we can arrange for
one of our IT engineers to be at your company within four hours of a call, however
our response times are often much quicker.
With our dedicated help desk personnel and IT team, you can be confident that your
calls will be dealt with promptly and professionally. Our IT engineers recognise
the costs associated with IT downtime and are therefore dedicated to rectifying
problems as quickly as possible.
